Its a bigger Hotel very central, with a stunning view at the Restaurant/Breakfast area. Rooms are big and comfortable. The decor is just white. Could have more colours. But is harmonious. It was all very nice. more colour. more colour.

We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Rooms large and great views but the walls out on balcony looking over sea all peeling. Breakfast way too crowded, tables not cleaned, piles of plates on tables and no cutlery. Hot food was lukewarm and not a huge amount to choose from, eggs not cooked and scrambled egg tastes like rubber. When I complained I was told it was due to high amounts of people coming at one time which was unusual???? They had one waiter, bless him! Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Paid quite a bit extra per room for breakfast, which I def would not do again. Like I said rooms were lovely but extremely noisy when door open to balcony, and still heard quite a lot when closed, had to wear ear plugs!

Schönes, geräumiges chmmer! Gut ausgestattet. Badezimmerarmaturen und WC Spülung sollte man sanierungs-, bzw. Modernisierungsbedürftig. Stühle sind hochwertig uns schwer aber ohne Polster auf den Stuhlbeinen, daher sehr laut, wenn sie gerückt werden. Auch die Balkontür ist viel zu laut beim Öffnen und schließen!

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the dining room offered a great view of the sunrise. Water pressure was great and I liked how shampoo and soap was mounted to the wall. On the downside, the pool was placed in such a way that it was never exposed to sunlight and was therefore very cold. We paid extra for 90 minutes spa time to access the indoor pool/whirlpool and had to buy swim caps to use the indoor pool. The spa itself was nice enough, but lacked clocks so it was difficult to tell when our time was up. If I ever return, I would probably go for one of the suites as indoor pool access is included in that price.

Fine as a base.
I really struggle to see how this hotel qualifies as a 4*. From the 70’s style lobby through a rusty entrance, the strange scent of ammonia and throughout the downstairs area it all just feels really, tired. The check in staff were nice enough, the cleaning and restaurant staff were lovely and the room is fine, huge bed and smart TV, decent minibar and snacks, but if you choose a port view I’d say you need to be on floor 5 and above to actually see anything. The bathroom was clean but old and grubby grout etc. but the very worst thing was how thin the ceilings were - our second morning I could hear the room above being cleaned/ chatting as if I was in there with them. The bar has a lovely view of the sea and if you’re just using it to sleep here there then have breakfast - fits the bill.

Flott hotell, god frokost og lunsj, bra renhold. Kun 2 ting som var negativt: Når vi ankom på natten så var fasaden helt mørklagt og måtte ta rulletrapp i mørket, vi var usikker på om vi hadde komt til rett plass. Aircondition på rommet var veldig støyende, men den fungerte i det minste.

The hotel service and facilities are fare away from 4 stars and the price we paid for our stay . The room itself is ok, but the other facilities are poor enough. No evening restaurants, only a bar. They have hidden restaurant that is working only in weekends and hidden sweeping pool for “special guests”. They do have quite ok swimming pool for all, but you have to pay deposit for the towels 10 euro and they charge you 1 euro per each towel if you want it to change for clean one, Inside swimming pool and saunas are not included and you should pay additionally for possibility to use them. We were even not offered a price list and information about that. When we arrived and came to the room it was running water from the selling in the bathroom. Technician came very quickly to fix it , but we were not able to be at the room and have a rest after trip as we planed. I asked for another room, they said they do not have any other available, but even did not offered any “compliment” from the hotel for that inconvenience. It was no free steel water in the rooms ( at least we were not told about that , just that they have a bar for money in the room). The breakfast was acceptable, but it is not value for the money they announce it costs per person if you have by it additionally ( 22euro). You can have a lunch for 3 in the most expensive area in the city for 36 euro. Location is good and close to the beach, but the price is for high for that after my opinion.

Regarding the hotel information, when check in in we give some information and in the room you have a QR code to navigate to an application where more detailed information is given. We regret if you expected the spa to be included and regarding the "hidden" swimming pool for special guests it is the pool for guests staying in suites, which paid higher rates for exclusive services. Birthday Trip
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We took the Wellness Spa offer during checkin. The food was great and they went out of their way to make my husband so e Paella, which is normally not on the menu. The location to the beach and boardwalk is a plus….

Enjoy this hotel!
Stayed in Alicante for 2 days but the next time i will stay longer. Alicante is a nice place like a mini Barcelona. The hotel next to The beach was so pretty awesome. I got a wonderfull room with view over the ocean. To wake up and see the beach was a realy nice feeling. The crow was very kind and the breakfast my god! This hotel is now one of my top best hotel in Europe.
