Todo perfecto
Pasamos una semana perfecta. El apartamento está muy bien situado y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy espacioso, cómodo y cualquier duda o problema que tuvimos Hugo y Luisa lo solucionaron al instante. Lo recomendamos al 100% y si algún día volvemos a Alghero repetimos la estancia seguro. Muchas gracias por vuestra hospitalidad, estuvimos cómo en casa.

Alghero City Centre
The apartment is in a quiet location in excellent proximity to both the historic old centre and the port. It is modern, beautifully appointed with everything one could need. The host, Ugo is friendly, informative and very quick to reply to communication. Would certainly stay there again

Ugo was a great host even coming in on a late flight he was very accommodating the apartment was super clean and spacious had all you needed and then some quiet neighborhood easy walkable to all attractions would recommend to anybody and would definitely stay there again.

Vacanza breve ma molto piacevole.
Appartamento al secondo piano di una palazzina con ascensore; molto luminoso, arredato con gusto, pulito, confortevole, silenzioso e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Il balcone, al quale si accede dal soggiorno e dalla cameretta, è ben arredato con divanetto e poltroncine da esterno, adatto per un po' di relax. Nella cameretta è presente un letto singolo e un letto a castello, la passione dei bambini! Inoltre nella casa si trova tutto ciò che necessita, come asciugamani, biancheria da letto, piatti, posate, ecc. A pochi passi dall'appartamento è presente un grande supermercato e nelle vicinanze si trovano vari negozi (bar, panificio, ecc.). Il parcheggio è in strada ed è gratuito. Il proprietario è molto gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliatissimo!

Piacevole ponte di Ognissanti ad Alghero
L'appartamento è situato in un tranquillo e silenzioso quartiere di Alghero a 10-15 minuti di camminata dal centro e dai bastioni. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze, servito da supermercato, bar, panificio e fruttivendolo a pochi passi dall'appartamento. La dotazione dell'appartamento è completa di tutto ciò che può servire e forse anche di più. Molto pulito e luminoso e dotato di ascensore. Ottima anche l'accoglienza di Ugo sempre disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio e suggerimento. Che dire di più?

Appartement agréable et bien situé
Appartement très propre et climatisé dans toutes les pièces. Bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville à pieds. Un petit bémol : il faut trouver à se garer dans la rue mais nous avons toujours trouvé une place à proximité alors que nous y séjournions mi juillet. Présence d'un supermarché à 100m.

Sehr schönes zentral gelegenes Apartment in Alghero
Ugo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfbereiter Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man täglich benötigt. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in einem Wohngebiet und man kann alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichen (Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strand. Ein Mietauto habe ich nicht benötigt. Ich komme gern wieder

Zentral und sauber
Ugo, der Vermieter, war stets erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Das Apartment liegt ruhig und zentral im 2. Stock mit Aufzug und ist sehr sauber. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Alghero 😀

L'appartamento si presenta pulito curato e ben arredato dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici che spereresti di trovare. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e davvero silenziosa. Appartement pas trop loin du centre historique
Appartement bien équipé, très propre. A seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre historique. Magasins disponibles très proche de l'appartement. La seule chose qu'il faudrait mettre c'est un micro-ondes. Pas toujours facile pour le parking dans la rue.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/Prezzo. Proprietario cortese e disponibile. Appartamento pulito. Con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro storico. Un pò di difficolta con il parcheggio ma in qualche via attorno all'isolato un posto lo si trova. Lo consiglio.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet, zu Fuß waren wir in ca. 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Alghero, nur ein paar Meter entfernt befand sich ein Supermarkt.Jederzeit wieder würden wir diese Wohnung gerne bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Alghero mieten.Vielen Dank!

Appartamento ottimo: moderno e funzionale
L'appartamento di Ugo si trova vicinissimo al centro storico e a due passi da servizi utili quali supermercato e panetteria. All'interno c'è un bellissimo arredamento moderno che utilizza funzionalmente al meglio la superficie delle stanze e anche un terrazzo da godere la sera dopo una giornata al mare. Attrezzature per il soggiorno e per la cucina di ogni tipo completano la cura che Ugo ha dedicato al potenziale cliente che soggiorna in casa sua. L'host è veramente attento, gentile e prodigo di attenzioni e suggerimenti per agevolare la vacanza ai propri ospiti. Ringrazio personalmente UGO e consiglio vivamente a tutti la sua casa. Fabio

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche du centre et au calme. Il est propre, spacieux, bien équipé et agréable. Le balcon est un vrai plus, la connexion internet est excellente. Nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à garer notre véhicule à proximité du logement. Nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise et y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bel appartement
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce magnifique appartement spacieux, bien décoré, très bien équipé ,très propre. Les 2 terrasses sont très agréables. L'accueil de Catherine a été très sympathique. La situation est idéale pour se rendre à vieille ville à pied, profiter des plages d'Alghero et visiter les alentours. Malgré le manque de parking à la résidence, nous avons toujours trouvé une place dans les rues avoisinantes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Great location, excellent facilities!
The apartment is situated in a central location perfect for the town centre and all excursions. The rooms were clean and spacious, with two balconies we used. The main bus tetminal was literally 10 mins walk. Would really recommend and will return!

Joli appartement, bien aménagé, pas grand, mais fonctionnel. Très propre. La situation est parfaite: on accède facilement au centre historique à pied en une dizaine de minutes. On a été très bien accueilli par Catarina, chaleureuse et disponible. Un excellent séjour à Alghero, à recommander! Merci
