Maison au calme

Nous étions une famille de 4 adultes avec un enfant de deux ans, location du 29 Juillet au 12 Aout 2023, la maison correspond à l'annonce sauf que la cuisine n'est pas complètement ouverte, mais agréable à vivre quand même. odeurs d'égouts tres dérangeantes Pas de machine à café à notre arrivée , il a fallu en réclamer une , certains équipements et ustensiles sont vieillots et seraient à remplacer. Piscine un peu vieillotte mais fait le job sauf que nous avions pris l'option du chauffage mais pas de chauffage pendant 5 jours (du samedi 29 au mercredi 2 Aout 2023) car une pièce était défaillante et il a fallu la changer, Nous avons pu nous baigner seulement le Jeudi 3 Aout 2023.Nous avons réclamé un remboursement sur ces jours de "non chauffage" pas de reponse de la part de l'agence de gestion. Pas normal et décevant Malgré cela nous avons quand même dans l'ensemble passé un bon séjour mais la maison dans l'ensemble n'est pas à la hauteur du prix

Umas boas férias num local muito tranquilo

Propriedade com boa qualidade, num local muito tranquilo e de elevado bom gosto, mas com vários equipamentos a necessitarem de renovação, principalmente o mobiliário de exterior com cadeiras de piscina bastante degradadas e cadeiras da mesa exterior com sinais evidentes de utilização. A piscina não é tão grande como parece na fotografia tirada com grande angular, mas cumpriu o propósito para uma estadia de 7 pessoas. Frigorífico a necessitar de arranjo (saliento a pronta ajuda do proprietário e staff com resolução da situação). Para estadias de duas semanas, como foi o caso, justificava-se uma limpeza geral no final da primeira semana, para além das trocas de roupa efetuadas. A existência de uma única toalha de mesa é insuficiente. Embora anunciado previamente, alguns equipamentos estavam sem funcionar (exaustor, televisões fora da sala, …). Como última sugestão de melhoria, a instalação de portão elétrico com comando para o carro seria aconselhável. Finalmente, um grande elogio para o apoio rápido do proprietário e de todo o staff às solicitações colocadas, com simpatia e profissionalismo. Em resumo, um local de férias que recomendamos, sem qualquer dúvida, principalmente se corrigidos os pontos enunciados.

Fabulous

We enjoyed a lovely 6 days in this beautiful villa - everything perfect from check in to check out. There are a few restaurants a short walk away, Carvoeiro centre and beach are 3km away - we walked down and took a taxi back, not a problem as there is a taxi rank in the centre. Stayed February and the weather was fantastic.....

Wunderbares Wohnerlebnis

Mit 8 Personen das perfekte Domizil an der Algarve. Das Haus erfüllte all die Wünsche, die wir als Gruppe hatten. Sauberkeit und Ordnung waren perfekt. Wir werden wieder kommen. :-)

Villa everything that it says on the website excellent.

We loved the villa but strongly feel you should inform people that there is MAJOR building work going on on both sides. It mentions in your advert that this would be finished in August there is no way that is possible, perhaps next August. As we were a group of women we felt slightly uncomfortable with all the workmen around. We were also woken early most mornings with the noise. As the villa is quite expensive you don’t expect to be in the middle of a building site.

Great villa with small imperfections

Okay, this is high standard already but this is why we start complaining about high level details now... We would have liked more than 2 umbrellas over the sun beds and to shade the outside table. The smell in the bathrooms can be very annoying (portuguese standard, we learned). Other than that: super place that we would highly recommend - especially once the constructions all around are finished again and the machinery doesn’t wake one up at 8:00... See you again next year!

Fantastic Villa for 8 discerning adults.

We were a party of 8 on our 2nd visit to Villa Debora. It didn’t disappoint. Very well equipped and with 4 ensuite bedrooms it suited us to a tee. Pool area is fantastic and the heated pool meant it was very well used. We hope to return same time next year. 2 minor flaws. The upstairs twin room would benefit from a wall mirror in addition to the bathroom mirror as the latter is too dark for putting on your make up. We raised this last year and it would be easily resolved. Secondly, we missed the balcony furniture this year as it’s a beautiful spot for an early evening cocktail. Other than that our stay was memorable and we’d love to return. Kind regards, Liz Brown.

This is an excellent villa with everything and more. Spacious accommodation .

Location for our party was perfect. 30 minute walk in to town with plenty of restaurants close too or a short taxi away. 10 of us and didn't need a car. Howard and his team were great before travel and his recommendations were much appreciated and the takeaway he recommended from Pashmina was awesome. Staff at the villa were excellent any issues were dealt with immediately. Thank you Would highly recommend this villa.

Home from Home.

We were a party of 4 couples and loved our stay in Villa Debora. The property is maintained to a very high standard with almost everything you would need for a perfect holiday. Minor quibbles: No mirror in the upstairs twin room. The lady occupying that room had to venture to the downstairs cloakroom to get ready at night. Downstairs the pillows were said to be inadequate i.e. Flat, and there was no substitutions available. Towels were quite small and some of our more burly party would've preferred bigger bath towels. These criticisms are all easily remidied and we would love to experience life in the villa st a future opportunity.
