The house itself was good, albeit they cut corners on some things that could have made it more comfortable. There was also funky design decisions (the showers overflowed the bathrooms, the tile was incredibly slick which made kids and even adults walking around wet from pool or hot tub anxiety provoking.)
They tried to get more money out of us at every opportunity. Extra beds for our kids were extra money, but they never even arrived even though I have emails saying they would be included. The hot tub was an extra charge, even though it is listed as an amenity. They did not stock any staples like toilet paper, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc, so we had to take time to stock these items.
We booked a private chef for our first night who never arrived. So after 24+ hours of travel with 4 young children we were scrambling to get dinner. Apparently the individual was in the hospital, and we truly hope they are ok. But there was no notification until we reached out to ask when they were arriving (an hour after they were supposed to), and the customer service was hardly apologetic, just offered us 50% off at a restaurant they also own and they push at every opportunity.
The propane for the BBQ was empty which spoiled another meal we had planned.
We had a wonderful trip because we were with dear friends and the area is great however I cannot recommend this house or the service that manages it. The running joke of the trip was how poor the customer service was.
