Also soon after we checked in, a staff member opened our door up and then said they had it marked that our room was empty. There were no sheet or blankets available for the sleeper sofa and we had to go get them ourselves. Pool was filthy, but there was about 15-20 people/kids in it before we went. The night woman working was awful. We needed an antacids and an extra blanket. She was obviously napping in the lobby and not used to people bothering her in the middle of the night. Very rude about it, but we were told that snack area was 24/7. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Residence Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of good options to start the day.
