The staff are extremely professional, polite, and helpful , always with a smile. The breakfast is varied, fresh, and satisfies all the tastes. And the staff very friendly. "very old room furniture that is in a very bad condition, fridge not working, closets and beds almost expired. in general whole hotel needs renovation. level of cleanliness for rooms, restaurants, public toilets very poor. All inclusive offering extremely poor, no bottle of water could be provided but have to go get from water dispenser, no fresh juices, no ice creams, coffee is provided in Nescafe classic only, food quality very poor. staff doesn't help. staff appearance and cleanliness very...
