Old and not clean hotel

The hotel need renovation, the staff need a training specially F.O and H.K. I like that I found prayer carpet and Quran at the room.

إقامة مزعجة فى الغرفة 502خلفية تطلع على خرابة ومساكن مهدمة وطلبت من الإدارة تغير الغرفة ودفع فارق الثمن رفضوا وكنا فردين لم تتوافر فوط أو بشاكير وعند الطلب أحضروا بعد فترة بشكير. واحد لفردين ولم يحضروا فوط وشفاط الحمام عطلان ودولاب البلكونة متهالك

Very very upset even I sent email but didn’t response on time. Now I left you asking for reviews. In word extremely terrible. Bad smell in the whole room, specially the washroom condition is very very poor. I can’t recommend anyone to stay this hotel.

When we arrived they had no record of our reservation. In hindsight it was probably a good thing because the lobby was dark, dirty and shabby....certainly not like the photos! A lost booking meant we could find a better hotel without losing money on this one.

Погружение в местную жизнь Александрии

Начну с того, что выбрали не самое лучшее время поездки - почти все дни были местные праздники, в которые рано закрывались музеи, не работала Александрийская библиотека (в последний день прорвались и побывали в ней), не работали банки. Приходилось снимать наличные в местной валюте в банкоматах с комиссией. Частично это отразилось и на отеле. Мы брали номер с завтраками, первое время кушали с удовольствием, тем более вид на море, за неделю приелось, но готовят вкусно. При заезде нам не верно оформили номер, но исправили сразу и поменяли на 10 этаж.Красивейший вид на море с небольшого балкона компенсировал почти все неудобства номера. Весьма сильно изношенная мебель, сантехника, но всё в рабочем состоянии. При заезде самостоятельно провели санобработку, и к вопросу чистоты больше не возвращались. Номер нам убирали ежедневно (сказалось то, что из России у них редко бывают гости), но не очень чисто, полотенца не меняли. Как и во всём городе, в здании шел неостановимый ремонт, точнее, даже, достройка этажей (11 и 12 этажи при нас достраивали, 3-й и 7-й ремонтировали). Хозяин отеля очень радушен, помог с трансфером, подсказал ближайшие достопримечательности. Пытался говорить по русски ) Рядом с отелем (2 минуты ходьбы) есть круглосуточный гипермаркет - там принимают карты Виза. Всё для полдника/легкого ужина там есть. В шаговой доступности пляжные кафе, можно выбрать качественные и недорогие обеды и ужины с видом на море. Вайфай только на ресепшен.

إقامة غير مرضية والصور غير مطابقة إطلاقاً للطبيعة

1- الفندق بالكااااااامل يحتاج إلى الصيانة و الترميم والتجديد حتى واجهة الفندق عمرها الأفتراضي أنتهى 2- الفندق ليس له أي علاقة بالصور التي تنشر على المواقع للترويج بل هو أسوأ مما يتوقع اي تخيل على أرض الواقع .. الغرف المطلة على البحر ورغم إرتفاع سعر إقامتها بشكل مبالغ فيه ومفترض أنها الأفضل بالغرف لكنها كانت تحوي الحشرات الطائرة من البحر كالهاموش والناموس على جدران الزجاج ويصعب الدخول للتراس أبدا ليلا ونهارا لا يوجد نظافة أو رش للبالكونات الا عند طلبك لذلك وهذا بمقابل افتراضياً ( تيبس )للعاملات 3- طوال فترة إقامتي 4 أيام بالفندق يوجد أعمال صيانة ودق وحفر وعمال كاشفين حرمة البالكونات و شئ مزعج للغاااااااايه وكانت نوعية الصيانة هي فقط للخارج ولكن من الداخل لا يوجد أي صيانة أو ترميم 4- الإضاءة ونوعيتها بالغرف والفندق سيئة جداً حيث أنها لونها أبيض لمبات موفرة والطبيعي بأي فندق أن تكون الإضاء المعتادة المألوفة للنزلاء بشكل عام هي الإضاءة الصفراء الخافتة التي تدعو للإستجمام والراحة و الكهرباء بشكل عام تحتاج للصيانة لعدم توافر مداخل كافية لشحن الهواتف وخلافة وهناك مداخل كهرباء لا تعمل من الأساس 5- و إحقاقاً للحق بعض من العماله هناك في غاية الإحترام ولكن الحديث إجمالا على الفنق وإدارته وليس العاملين . لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق أبداااا ولا حتي زيارته

non ho soggiornato all'hotel perché nonostante avessi ricevuto notifica di conferma, quando sono arrivatala la prenotazione era stata cancellata dall'hotel e nessuna comunicazione mi è stata notificata. il personale della reception non mi ha nemmeno aiutata per trovare un altra soluzione e sono rimasta in giro per la città per cercare fino a tardi un buco, presso Alex Hotel ho trovato uno sgabuzzino per 50 euro (una notte).

Old dilapidated hotel under partial renovation

A solo male traveler will endure fine as the price was low. Owners are renovating floor by floor. So in the future, this will be a fine place to stay. Beachside view on a main road. KFC a short walk down the road. ATM one block away. Wifi is spotty and only works in limited area of lobby. Reception only accepts cash. Room was ok. Clean. No outside handle on the door.
