Ideal for a family reunion

The house is amazing especially the interior deco. The pictures don't do it justice. I've booked the house for a family of 9 with 3 small children and it was perfect. There is one room with 2 bunk beds where the kids can sleep together and the pool is secured with a gate. Situated in the middle of the east coast, Aleria is the perfect place to discover everything from Bastia to Bonifacio, while making a short trip to the mountains to Corte. The owner was sweet and did provide a couple of precious recommendations. Book without hesitation. Merci Valerie.

sehr schöne Villa

Es war eine ganz tolle Woche in diesem schönen Haus! Unser Schlafzimmer war klimatisiert, die anderen mussten wir mit Ventilatoren kühlen, was die Kids aber nicht gross störte. Da es so heiss war, störte es auch nicht, dass es nur ein Mountainbike hatte. Da dort die Bremsen nur halb funktionstüchtig waren, wären wir auch sicher nicht draufgestiegen. Leider reagierte die Vermieterin nicht darauf - im Vorfeld der Ferien bekam ich immer sofort Antwort. Das war super, auch weil sie sehr verständnisvoll auf unser Problem reagierte.

Très agréable suprise

Très agréable séjour à Aléria. Excellente localisation pour visiter, supermarché à 2min ainsi que tous les commerces nécessaires. Extrement calme et malgré la proximité avec les étangs, peu de moustiques ! Tout le nécessaire était à disposition pour un agréable séjour dont la clim et la piscine. Le seul bémol est la literie.

"L''accueil très chaleureux laisse présager du reste de la semaine. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description (et même plus !). Le calme et la vue sur l''étang ajoutent encore à ce que nous attendions. Nous avons pu profiter des longues soirées sur la terrasse. La situation de la maison facilite les excursions vers le Cap Corse, Bonifacio, Corte ou vers l''ouest (Saint-Florent, Calvi, l''Ile Rousse voire Ajaccio ou Piana). La piscine est vraiment appréciée après une journée à l''extérieur. Bref, une semaine inoubliable sur cette ile merveilleuse. Nous conseillons fortement cette location."

Elle est très bien agencée et dispose de tous les éléments de confort nécessaires (en tous points conforme à l''annonce) L''espace piscine est bien conçu et l''accès à celle-ci se fait par un escalier et non par une échelle ce qui est un véritable plus. Belle vue sur l''étang de Diane. 2 petites remarques à savoir lorsque l''on est nombreux : un peu juste au niveau des sanitaires(pas de toilette séparée des 2 salles de bain) et la terrasse est un peu étroite pour prendre les repas à l''extérieur. "Logement correspondant à l'annonce. 2 salles d'eau bien équipées, cuisine pratique. La chambre du 1er étage mériterait toutefois d'être séparée du séjour (parfois bruyant si des personnes regardent la télévision). Très propre, pas de ménage à faire en partant, ce qui est très pratique. Bien que la plaine de l'Est ne soit pas la région la plus belle, nombreuses excursions possibles dans des régions magnifiques, bains dans des vasques, etc."
