「We absolutely loved our stay at Convento Espinheiro. The staff was very amicable and helpful. There were minor maintenance issues in our room, such as the bidet toilet attachment and the shower handles, but everything else was superb. The restaurants are top notch!」

「Beautiful boutique hotel created in an early 19th century mansion, right in the middle of the old walled city. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Very conveniently located 3 minutes from the Bones Chapel and restaurants. No parking on site but free street parking from 2 PM to 9 AM just in front of the hotel or in a lot a short walk away (free all day). 「Great atmosphere both in the hotel and surroundings. We had one night where local kids were making some noise all night, but other than that, everything was so quiet. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was okay, but I liked the morning sparkling wine.」
