Barcares new holiday home in Alcudia near the sea with private pool. Luxurious for its elegant design and quality equipment. Perfect location in a quiet area near the sea and just 1 km from the town of Alcudia. Magnificent option to enjoy your holidays in Mallorca.

Spacious interiors with a large dining room with large windows allowing the entry of natural light, also enjoy moments of calm, reading a book or entertainment on the TV in its large and comfortable sofas. Dining table for 8 people where to enjoy meals in the open book or with family. Kitchen equipped in detail with dishwasher, oven... You will find one of the double rooms with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and a toilet next to the dining room. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and quality equipment for your comfortable rest. On the first floor you will find the rest of the rooms.
Beautiful exteriors surrounded by bushes, plants and large palm trees. Large private saltwater pool where to enjoy refreshing baths under the sun of Mallorca and relax in its 8 sunbeds next to the pool. Outdoor area equipped with shade and table for 8 people located next to the barbecue, for grill lovers.
Unbeatable location, located in Alcudia near the sea, in the Barcares area, known for its calm and its small boat harbour. Just a few minutes from the house you will find a rocky area where you can enjoy sea baths and a continuous path where you can walk along the coast. Just 1 km from Alcudia, a town characterized by its medieval walls, where you will find the weekly market (Tuesdays and Sundays) with local and organic products from Mallorca.

Barcares now is a great option to spend your holidays in Mallorca, house in Alcudia with private pool and ideal location, you will love it!

Young groups will have to pay a deposit of 800 euros upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred.

For the months of January, February and March there is a special offer price of 1500 euros / month. Electricity will be charged according to consumption 0.25 € / kwh.

Nice, modern villa near Old Town

We enjoyed our stay in Alcudia. The villa was clean, modern and situated near to a bar and nice area for snorkeling. A 10 minute walk will take you into the Old Town which is beautiful. The Port is a 30 minute walk away but there are plenty of taxis if you don't fancy the distance. Take mosquito repellent... They are a bit of an issue at night!

Great stay in nice house

We had a couple of nice weeks in the house. It was well located with only a short walk into the old town with great restaurants. The house was big and it was great with several bathrooms and with AC in every room. It was also convenient that we could drive the rental car into the garage when we wanted to unload food and drinks after shopping. The patio and the pool were nice and there were plenty of sunbeds. The only thing that was a little negative was the kitchen. It was not that big and not adapted to a house for 8 people. A small dishwasher for such a big house and we had to buy a couple of cutting boards because there was only one when we arrived. But otherwise our stay in the house was great and we can recommend it!

Fab holiday in a beautiful villa

The villa was lovely and clean and as advertised - within walking distance to lots of restaurants in the old town. The only slight issue was that both the fridges were warm and took a long time to cool down. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
