  • This is a beautiful spacious villa, well cared for. The villa has 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning. There are also 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you would expect to find. The living dining area is spacious and comfortable. The villa also has Wifi internet connection.

    The outside areas are equally impressive offering ample space, a play area for children, large lawn area and a 11x4,5m swimming pool. The villa has large covered terraces which are furnished, an ideal place to relax in the shade. There is a brick built barbecue for al fresco dining.

Villa can barretas was very spacious inside and out. It is a great villa for two families to meet and share a holiday as we did. Gardens are beautiful, a great place to explore the island from, would recommend this villa and would certainly go back.

Beautiful setting, perfect for quiet family holiday.

The kids loved the pool and the safety fence was a must but didn´t look out of place. Was lovely to have the BBQ and the extra bedroom and bathroom in the annex. Beautiful grounds, decent sized rooms and plenty of storage. Lovely big table outside and plenty of seating/loungers for everyone. Wifi also a bonus. Lovely traditional house.

Wunderschöne grosse FInca. Wir waren 4 Familien mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Für die Kinder gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz. Die Lage der Finca ist auch perfekt. In 10 Minuten ist man in Alcudia und Pollenca. Wir würden die FInca jederzeit wieder buchen.

Traumunterkunft für die ganze Familie!

Die Finca Can Barretas ist eine super Unterkunft für die ganze Familie. Für uns war sie Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Wanderungen bzw. Strandbesuche. Sie liegt idyllisch und etwas abseits vom Trubel zwischen Pollença und Alcúdia. Mit dem Mietwagen ist man schnell in beiden Städten um sich mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken. Die Finca war bei unserer Anreise blitzblank und unsere Poolhandtücher lagen bereits bereit. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und auch der gemauerte Grill im Innenhof funktioniert super. Wir haben darauf mehrmals frischen Fisch gegrillt. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub und wir würden dort sofort wieder einchecken!

We liked that the house was very clean! The beds were comfortable. The garden and the pool was very well kept The location in the countryside was nice and quiet although not to far from Alcudia and Pollenca There is not much to complain about but it would be good to have the some rails to hang the wet towels on in the bathroom. There could also be one more drying rack outside. It would also be nice with bedside lights for reading. A vacuumcleaner would be nice and some help during the week to freshen up the floors.

Holiday break with family

Outside gardens and pool excellent, inside little old and tired but clean, requires upgrading, require more for money paid. Location a little out of the way and if you don't drive not really in a location that would be easy to get too. 10 min drive to the nearest shops, restaurants etc. too get rid of rubbish is a 5 min drive.

Tolle, ruhige Unterkunft mit liebevoll gepflegter Anlage

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in dieser schönen Unterkunft und haben uns ab Sekunde 1 dort total wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Kinder war natürlich der Pool und auch die weiteren schönen Außenanlagen Anlaufpunkt. Auch hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal, das uns auch bei Wünschen sofort beiseite stand oder Elektriker etc. gleich vorbei geschickt hat. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Excellent family stay

Lovely villa, very quiet area, which is perfect for the kids to play in the lovely pool and playground. Nice running routes direct from the property too, although the roads can be a little scary as they are single track and the locals don’t seem to believe in driving slowly round blind bends..! All in all fantastic trip, although points to note : villa gets quite windy as it’s next to a large open valley, and make sure you bring A LOT of bug repellant as the mosquitos are incessant!

Herrliches Außengelände, viel Platz im Haus

Das Haus bietet viel Platz für eine grosse oder zwei 4 köpfige Familien. Es ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden und mit allem eingerichtet was man so benötigt. Das Herzstück der Vinci ist der sehr grosse Garten und der tolle Pool. Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum chillen und Essen für alle. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte und ausreichend Liegen. Die Waschmaschine ist in einem angrenzenden Außenraumn der sehr gut gelüftet und zugänglich ist. Wer eine moderne Einrichtung wünscht ist hier eher nicht richtig. Die Möbel und Bäder sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmäßig. Für einen Urlaub aber in Ordnung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und entspannt.

Beautiful property

A fantastic and beautiful property. Often the images of a property are let down by the actual appearance but this was certainly not the case here. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Quiet neighbourhood with very scenic views but only a few minutes drive to the nearest town, shops and beach.
