Located 1 mile from Old Town Albuquerque, this townhome is a comfortable place to relax and unwind while traveling. Just blocks away from Sawmill Market, Convention Center located in downtown Albuquerque where we have great restaurants and bars. A few block from the trails of the Bosque, Albuquerque Bio Parks, and 20 minutes to Casinos. This home is perfect for traveling families and groups. Enjoy tall ceilings, offering tons of natural light, with 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and 2 twin beds upstairs. Guests will find comfort and space to unwind. The outside patio has a sitting area with a gas firepit and grill. The property boasts of fine furnishings, quality linens, and a 2 car garage. Relax and enjoy everything Albuquerque and our charming townhome has to offer.

We stayed at this townhome during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Everything was great - cleanliness, location, amenities. Our host was always responsive to inquiries and she gave good information on the area. The Paseo del Bosque trail is less than 2 blocks away and offers plenty of room to walk, run, skate or bike. Both paved and dirt trails are available. If we return to Albuquerque, we’ll likely stay at this property again.
