(Restaurants, Breweries, climbing gym, Entertainment Venue) Starbucks, Flying Star coffee and desert shop, Trader Joe's, Kroger (Smith's), and Albertsons are all conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive of the home. Don't forget to try the world-famous Dion's Pizza, Vintage Bar/Restaurant or La Reforma Distillery that are just a 5-minute drive. If you love to golf or gamble, Sandia Resort and Casino is a short 10-minute drive away. The city's best park, North Domingo Baca is within walking distance of the home. Kid-friendly and Comfy

Lovely spot for our family of 5, with three kids under 11yo, for spring break. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds are comfy, and the house was well-stocked with paper products, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and games and books for the kiddos. Even had a nightlight in the bathroom. Check in and check out we’re both a breeze!

Balloon fiesta fun!

It was a really wonderful stay, there was 7 of us and was very cozy and comfortable. Was close to the balloon park, casino, restaurants, shopping. Was great!!

Ladies trip for Balloon Fiesta

The property was wonderful. Communication with the owner was great, he was very helpful and responded quickly to any question. The house was just as described and the owner provided many extras to make the stay more comfortable. Location could not have been better for the Balloon Fiesta and close to other attractions around the area. Would definitely recommend this property. We were here for a week.

Great location close to everything we needed. House was clean and well furnished, will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Small but quiet yard is perfect for your pup, also the ability to put your vehicle in the garage was a major plus.. Highly recommend!

Clean spacious home on a quiet street

Recently spent 2 nights here, traveling with 3 adults and a small dog - the home was spacious and very clean, the street was very quiet, in a nice neighborhood, and the backyard with adjacent sun room was a very good feature (including the dog run on the side). Will definitely stay in this home again next time we're in ABQ!

Just Us!

Absolutely love this property! Very clean and plenty of sleeping room for the five of us. Close to everything! We really enjoyed the back yard with the covered patio and large table with plenty of chairs. We would recommend this place!
