「Logement spacieux et propre. La résidence est vraiment très très sympa et la plage de Son Parc vraiment magnifique. Fin avril Son Parc est très calme ( supérette, boulangerie, pizzeria et pharmacie quand même ouverte), ce qui nous procure l'impression d'avoir ce coin de paradis pour nous tout seuls. Et ce côté de Minorque plus sauvage est vraiment superbe. Seule critique : la communication avec l'agence très efficace mais aussi un peu inhumaine ( aucun arrangement possible pour avoir le code...

The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling ....
