In the heart of the Old Town of Albufeira, in the Algarve, the Vista del Mar Guest House is a charming renovated Algarvian house, perfect for group vacations. The villa is divided into 2 apartments and is rented together: T2 with 2 bedrooms, 2 sea view balconies (lounge and dining area with barbecue), equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms; T1 with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.



The space offers Wi-Fi and TV with channels. The sea view is stunning: you can see the entire Fishermen's Beach and following beaches. You do not need a car everything is less than 5 minutes walking. Beach 1 minute away. Parking 5 minutes away.



Additional rules and important information



Security deposit: guests must leave 100€ per person at check-in, paid in cash or card. Amount returned by bank transfer up to 14 working days after check-out, if no damages exist.



In case of damages, the amount will be previously communicated and only the corresponding amount will be withheld.



Check-in: starting at 4 PM



Check-out: until 10 am



Early check-in late check-out: subject to availability, confirmed 2-3 days before arrival



Pet Friendly pets allowed with prior notice. Extra cleaning fee: 50€



Towels available according to capacity; extras upon request



Airport transfer available upon prior request



We do not provide kitchen condiments, cleaning products, or personal hygiene items.
