From the covered terrace, there is a small step of 5cm onto the terrace. This step runs around the perimeter of the property. The terrace is tiled and spacious. Inside both houses, the ground floor bedroom doors are 69cm wide, whilst the shower ensuite doors are 59cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floors.
