Villa Turtle Beach is a wonderful holiday home in the center of Albufeira, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center and Marina. With an unbeatable location, a private heatable pool, and stunning sea views, this villa is perfect for relaxing holidays.



The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in some rooms and the living area.



With 4 floors and a rooftop terrace, it offers panoramic views of the sea and city. On the second level, there is a twin room with sea view and 2 bathrooms. On the first level, there are two twin rooms and a double room, while the last room with a bathroom is on the ground floor.



On the lower floor, the spacious living/dining room opens to a terrace with pool views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, hob, and oven. Outdoors, you can enjoy meals on the barbecue.



On the pool terrace, there are sun loungers to relax and enjoy the private pool (heatable as an optional extra).



With a central location, the villa is 2 minutes' walk from the supermarket, 6 minutes from the beach (Peneco Elevator), and 10 minutes from Albufeira's historic center.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
