"I was treated rudely and abruptly by one member of staff in the restaurant after I made a simple query about cutlery. He ignored me and was aloof with me that day and the following day. "Fantastic luxury resort fit for the family with something for everyone. Lots of pools to choose from and of course the breath taking beach with views in all angles. "We very much enjoyed our stay here. Our 2 bedroom unit was quite nice with comfy beds and a huge balcony which could have been even more amazing had there been enough loungers for the 3 of us. "We just returned after staying 6 nights at Vila Gale Atlântico, 2 adults and 2 young kids. This has been our 6th trip to Gale so we know the are fairly well . "We had the best stay at Vida Mar. The best thing was the staff and their attentive and friendly manner. Specially, I have to mention, Ana the front office manager, Ana at customer service, Beatrize at the buffet restaurent and Vandersen at the Sunset Bar.
