American kitchen fully equipped with all necessary cutlery to prepare and enjoy your food. A double bed and two single beds are available. Sheets, blankets, and linen is included. TV, AC, WIFI and 2 shared pools are some of the assets of this great apart. Great choice for travelers who do not want to drive.

Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a fee of 25 euros.
Late check-in between 7:00pm and 00:00am have a fee of 25 euros

On request, we can provide cot : 20 euros/unit/stay and high chair: 10 euros/ unit/stay

From Nov to Fev - Cleaning fee: 80 Euros
(All additional fees should be paid upon arrival by cash).

From November to Fev (inclusive) medium and long term rentals (min. 14 nights) are available.

This property is independently managed and does not have a permanent service or reception as in hotels. In order to always offer all guests a primordial and unparalleled service, possible additional services that are not included may have an added fee of 30 to 150 euros corresponding to operating costs. Additional services (but not limited to) are:

. Open doors (When key lost or forgotten keys inside the property).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products
. Repairs, maintenance and installation of equipment (by negligence)
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information and other services that could be required by the guest.
