We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Before we grant entry to the property, the financially and legally accountable renter must:
• Download, read and sign the Vacation Property Rental Agreement.
• Initiate communication with Host with any questions and/or concerns you have about the terms.
• Submit a group registration form no later than (5) days before your Check-in date.

• NOTE: We live in a gated community with an HOA. The accountable renter must both be at least 25 years old AND physically attend the full booked trip. We are happy to otherwise accommodate guests of all ages with the accountable renter!

We’re so excited to welcome you to our home in the serene Still Water Lakes community! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online, it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.

Please note that this home is located in a community that offer shared amenities. All amenities are managed and maintained by the community, not by us. That means we do not control the hours of operation or availability. The community reserves the right to close or restrict access to these amenities at any time, for any reason, including maintenance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
