2/5 – Very Disappointed With This StayI was extremely disappointed with this rental and will not be returning. For the price we paid (close to 1200), the overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations.1.The place was not clean when we arrived.2.The bedsheets clearly hadn’t been washed or replaced before our stay.3.The deck and the grass area near the lake were dirty, covered with leaves, animal droppings, and debris.4.Despite the high cost, we were asked to take our own garbage and drive 5 miles to dump it—which felt unreasonable.5.The heating system wasn’t working properly, making the stay uncomfortable.6.The bathrooms had rugs hanging over the towel bars, which felt unsanitary.7.The fans and rooms were full of dust, showing a complete lack of proper cleaning.8.The ping pong area in the garage was also dirty, with dust, stones, and trash scattered around.Overall, the condition of the property made the stay unpleasant. With better cleaning, maintenance, and guest consideration, this place could be decent—but as it stands, I cannot recommend it.
