Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 38 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) and TV.
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, barbecue, ironing board and iron, multi-function food processor, two electric radiators and four mosquito nets (installed in the bedrooms, shower room and French window).

Outside:
- A 30 m² terrace featuring a pergola with shade cloth, integrated solar LED lighting and furniture.
- An enclosed, private 38 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Albitreccia, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
