Awesome small lake only about an hr from Buffalo. Easy to drive around to some markets, wineries, etc. great dock to sit and watch swans and fish roll by.

Our family enjoyed every second of our stay. Plenty of space for the kids to play, and an awesome dock for fishing. We spent our nights around the fire pit, and watched the fire flies. Wendy went over the top to make sure all of our needs were met for our stay.

This cottage is very quaint. Even though there is a Roku TV there is no wifi or internet. The cottage is clean. Even though there are neighbors close by, it's very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

What a peaceful location to rest & relax! This place was nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The view from the backyard is beautiful and the back deck was a perfect place for us to enjoy our morning coffee. As a bonus our grandson had a great time fishing from the dock.
