"Room was very clean and roomy, just a little dated. Bed very comfortable. We had two access doors, one from the inner hallway and one from the outside courtyard parking lot which was very handy for unloading luggage and parcels from our vehicle. "

"A major issue was the amount of children running the halls for hours on end, and slamming doors. There was at least 30 children in the pool and hot tub at all times running around the main floor while parents sat aside enjoying their time together, having dinner and drinks, staff was all prepared and seemed annoyed. He did nothing to deal with the children running a muck."

"We selected this property on the basis of using the jet tub. The hot water on demand is not functioning properly. I am experienced in hot water on demand, and you should not run out of hot water. The tub was 3 inches full and we did not have hot water again for several hours. The throw pillows on the master bed were covered in hair, human and pet hair. "

"very clean and modern there was a hot breakfast and one of those pancake printers very hospitable staff had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste when I forgot mine vending machines and ATM on premises and the 24 hour gas stations are just across the highway. Great location. 10 out of 10 highly recommended."

"We booked last minute for 2 nights. At first we thought everything was fine. Then early in the morning (6am) we heard what sounded like someone breaking into glass, which was unsettling. It was very obvious that there were drug addicts staying at the hotel and it was a little unnerving. However the beds were very comfy, didn’t love that pet fees are per night, it should just be one fee. I wouldn’t stay here again due to safety. "

"This place is amazing. We stayed for the Easter Long Weekend and it was more than we could have hoped for. It felt like home. The large windows give you a great view of the lake and the wood wood burning stove gave the place a nice warm feeling.Overall the place was exceptionally clean and you can tell it was well taken care of. The check-in was smooth and the hosts were friendly and very helpful. We appreciated how they shoveled a path down to the firepit even with all the snow. We would definately stay again."
