Cosy cottage
Cosy character cottage with the most gorgeous view of Albany port. Excellent location, close to town & only a short drive to Middleton beach. The house itself has all the ammenities you could ask for & then some. Great little fenced in backyard which was perfect for my dog. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with lots of special corners, all tastefully decorated and with a lot of extras in the kitchen, bathroom and entire house. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in such a great place. Kudos to the owner and management, it was a 5-star experience!

Perfect holiday home
We were very comfortable here in this beautiful cottage with our three young children. They loved walking to the farmers markets and the views of King George sound ,playing in the beautiful garden as well as the chalk board and craft drawer. Tanya has thought of every tiny detail and we very much appreciated the beach bags and towels being handy for an impromptu beach trip. We enjoyed the several different seating areas and fire in the evening. We have made some lovely family memories here :) highly recommend.

Fabulous!
We recently stayed at Cliff Street and had the most amazing time with our family. The cottage is welcoming and comfy with everything you need for a magical stay away. We will definately be back again next year for another visit 😊

Beautiful cottage
Beautiful cottage, with great views, great fireplace and excellent location. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and sleeping by the fire and there was enough space for the family to spread out to unwind. The location is excellent, close to everything in Albany.

Great autumn stay
Beautiful property, well appointed. Great views. All the amenities you would want plus more (very thoughtful to consider all needs). Really enjoyed our stay. Not a criticism but if any mobility issues the main access to the property does involve a couple of stairs.

Fantastic home away from home
Whilst the pictures look great, you really need to see this place with your own eyes! It was the most perfect little home to stay in. The rooms were quiet, bedding was fantastic and every little detail and amenities you could possibly need or think of was offered. It was even decorated for Christmas! We honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else in Albany ❤️ Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Albany stay.
The property was beautiful and views over the water of Albany were wonderful. The cottage has everything you need for a stay and more. We had a really cold snap, unfortunately, but the heating kept us warm. The gardens are lovely, very well kept with many flowers out. A piece of Albany history to stay in.

A perfect home away from home
Stunning cottage with absolutely everything thought of and provided! The home has such a lovely peaceful feel to it, you can tell it is well cared for and is a much loved home. Fantastic location and an easy wander to restaurants and the shops, so relaxing to sit out on the porch for morning coffee, afternoon wine or to watch the harbour lights at night.

Attention to detail in this lovely home
The cottage was as good, if not better, than the photos showed. Great location, clean, spacious, beautiful view, fab pot belly, everything you might need and more - including picnic items, a welcome hamper, spices and other food basics. All communication and instructions were straightforward and our group of 6 had a wonderful time here. We hope to return sometime, maybe in the summer so we can utilise the bbq and outdoor area.

Exactly what we waned
The property was exceptional, every consideration has been taken care of and we wanted for nothing throughout our stay. Would have been nice to be able to open the master bedroom windows to enjoy the fresh air but opening other windows and doors in the house more than sufficed.

What a lovely place to stay
You can feel the love and care the owner Tanya has for the cottage, and for ensuring her guests feel like much welcome guests. Her generosity is felt in all the small details and in her communications. The cottage is well appointed and is in a tranquil but convenient location close to town. Starting the day in the sun room over looking the bay was a particular treat. Thank you Tanya, our holiday was just what we needed.

Nice vacation cottage
We enjoyed the stay in the cottage. Close to the city center and within driving distance of the wineries and golf. The cottage is very characteristic and comfortable to stay in.

Excellent accomodation
The cottage is beautifully decorated, well equipped and in a great location. With heating in the rooms and a fireplace in the main lounge it was a wonderful home to relax in. The view over King George Sound from the enclosed front verandah is stunning. Easy walking distance into town. Highly recommend this cottage. Will definitely return in Summer.

Old world charm with modern conveniences
We had a lovely stay in this cute cottage high on the hill. Communication was excellent and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend - though anyone with mobility issues may have issues with the stairs/steps outside. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location, lots of homely touches, fantastic communication with property manager, property had every extra you could think of! One of our guests was also in a wheelchair and we found the home easy to access through back entrance.

Just bliss
The Cliff St Cottage is gorgeous, comfortable, walking distance to main street restaurants and cafes, and has stunning views across the harbour. Even our grumpy teens adored staying here. Tania and Renee have thought of every comfort in decorating and furnishing the cottage. Note Stayz says it sleeps 8, but it turned out only if 1 is a child and 1 is a baby. We rented the studio next door as wel to fully accommodate our party of four adults and four tweens/teens. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful fully equiped cottage
The Cliff St Cottage has everything you could want and then some. The welcome food hamper is both thoughtful and generous and the house is in a great location for exploring the delights of Albany. An easy walk to town, the Saturday Farmers market and great coffee. We will definitely return!

Perfect Albany Holiday
Tanya and Renee were excellent! We have not met them in person but they have anticipated our unexpressed needs at every nook of their house. It had excellent views of the ocean and a wonderful garden. We did not even want to leave the house!

Weekend Getaway
Cliff Cottage was simply beautiful, every room was so tastefully styled maintaining its history with a modern relaxed peaceful vibe. There were so many thoughtful inclusions and gifts to enjoy. The view from the balcony was amazing and drew me out of bed every morning. I would thoroughly recommend Cliff Cottage especially to those who truely appreciate wonderful styling.

This well cared for cottage has everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and enchanting. Watching the sun set over the harbour with a glass of wine on the covered porch would have to be a highlight.

Most relaxing stay.
Exactly as described ,furnished in a period time frame, spotlessly clean, fully equipped in every sense from kitchen to entertainment ,WiFi worked a treat, loved the wood slow burner in the dining area and open wood fire in the lounge. Sitting on the fully enclosed front veranda was so quiet with beautiful views over the harbour. Short walk into town, ideal location, we thoroughly recommend the Cliff Street Cottages. Thanks again Tanya and Renee for our stay with you. Loved it.

We almost don't want to leave a review - for fear of not being able to book it when we want it again!! Outstanding property!! Just beautiful. Short walk to town - with everything you could possibly want. It was just my husband and I , and really we didn't use half the house, but appreciated every corner. Especially loved the fire in the evenings Super comfortable bed - and loved the sunroom in the afternoon - great place to sit and watch the weather roll in.... We really do hope to get back soon. Thank you so much for everything!!!
