「Good communication from the host and great location」

「This beautiful cozy townhome was the perfect space for my husband and I. We only used the main floor, and it was a great space for us. Very peaceful sitting in the woods and looking out over the lake. Still close to town for restaurants, shopping and golf courses. It was a relaxing vacation to end the summer.」

「Incredible lake- honestly even better than the pictures depicted. Calm, excellent fishing, and kayaks available for increased access and enjoyment. This property is pet friendly which was excellent for us but could be irritating to others (there was a neighbor whose dog started barking at 6AM and didn’t stop, we were able to excuse it because we brought our dogs/ are dog people but it’s a good heads up for those who aren’t). Cute downtown a short drive away. There were a handful of things that...

「Very comfortable and clean. Excellent communication.」

「We had great experience staying in. Everything we needed was available for use. Highly recommend staying here.」

「This is a new build, was very clean and well stocked ( coffee, foils and wraps, laundry detergents, shampoo, body wash, plenty of towels, hand soap smelled amazing!) The property is very relaxing and quiet. The hot tub and sauna are just what the doctor ordered and the outdoor shower was perfect on a 50 degree morning. This was the most relaxing getaway my wife and I have experienced in quite some time, we did not want to leave. I highly recommend this property if you want to get away and not...

「Great location to downtown, everything is walkable. The property is beautiful and has everything you would need! It’s approximately 15-30 mins from the Boyne Mountain depending on road conditions. GPS said 45-60 to Boyne highlands. 」

「Host is very responsive and rental is super cute we loved the vibe for our girls weekend.」

「Overall the property was very clean. We thought we'd be on the water and have a beach for our dog to exercise in.Overall the property was very nice and well supplied.」

「Met our needs.」

「The house is very nice. We were there during a heat wave and the A/C units (one upstairs, one down) provided more than adequate cooling. Loved the high ceilings too! The property is very private and secluded. There's no wifi, but cell service was strong. We'll be back!」

「Unfortunately, this was not the rental experience we were expecting. Upon arrival at the cottage, Amazon boxes were all over the inside of the cottage - on the floor, etc. An open TV was lying down on the kitchen table as if it needed to be installed. It did not appear the home had been tidied up in some time. The listing mentions A/C; however, it is not central air, but window units, of which there are only two, which do not fully cool the home and all of the bedrooms. Upon arrival,...
