There is also a separate living area, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with capsule coffee maker and ceramic hob. The living room and bedroom have air conditioning and heating. Street parking is available in a quiet area, and public transport is nearby. To access the home within the residential complex, you only need to climb a short flight of about 10-15 steps (fewer if you use the other entrance), a minor detail except for guests with reduced mobility.
