Dear Jay we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. After having the room professional inspected, we can assure you there was no bedbugs. As I personally explained to you at the time of your stay it was not only a home football game (Arkansas) it was also parents weekend at the University of Florida so we were very busy that weekend. You were asked to move your vehicle because you were parked in front of the office and did not want to take advantage of the early check-in process. I'm sorry you felt as if my associate doing their job was inappropriate but we do have policies we are trying to keep things under control. Also, you were not asked to leave, you were asked to pull to the side to make room in case other guests did want to check-in early. I hope your next stay goes to your liking and am very happy that our room accommodations were to your liking.

As far as the phone, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but the phone line went out about the same time as the storm hit. We are doing whatever possible to ensure this problem has been taken care of.

Dear James, sorry about your stay. Certain rooms were being redone when the hurricane hit, but we had to shut down remodeling to ensure displaced guests had a place to stay. We are going forward with our renovations as planned. We hope you will give us another chance down the road.
