"The house was clean and rather well furnished. The foto of the outside of the house came in late and the road could be noisy. The owner was cooperative in her VRBO communication. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable and hindered a sound sleep. Not worth even one star. "

"Maison spatieuse idéalement située à 4min à pied de la plage et 5 min des commerces du village. Les couchers de soleil à déguster depuis le jardin sont légendaires (Voir Photo) et les nuits très tranquilles. L'equipement est de qualité tant en électroménager comme mobiliaire.On a profité d'un excellent séjour et les quelques questions que l'on a pu avoir, ont été très reactivement repondues par Emilie et par le propríétaire.Dans "les Pénates" vous trouverez à coup sur du repos. "We found it a very tastefully renovated old property in a quite peaceful area, within walking distance of two reasonable restaurants and near to the church of St Valery with its Braque stained glass windows. Some of the practicalities, for example showering, were somewhat constrained by the dimensions of the accommodation, but this did not detract too much from the enjoyment of our stay."

"Centrally located calm charming house in Varengeville, with a romantic garden and good restaurant across the street. Very good butcher, baker and small supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance. 20 minutes to the beautiful beach, which you can walk during ebb. Very nice warm english speaking hostess.
