A great stay
The stay was amazing, quiet, and super comfy. The only thing bothering me was the "too many lights switches". To be in total darkness you have to turn off a lot of switches, as there was no "master switch".

It is a nice property and well-located in town if you're visiting Aramco and KFUPM. However, the property is really old and not well maintained.

The hotel seems to have been nice an fancy in the past, but the maintenance and renovations did not keep up with the hotel’s needs. The hotel needs a major face lift. When I first checked in, I was given a filthy smoked up room. Even the lights did not turn on. I was then given given another room that was also dirty and had many things broken in it. That process to get me to my room took more than 1hr. I went to bed that morning past 3 am due to not having a room ready. I had to accept that second room as I needed to sleep after long day and travels. The following day I asked for another room, I was given a free upgrade to a better room. It was better than the first two, but still needs lots of work. The hotel has the potential to be a great one, but its managed should be willing to spend some $$$ on Reno. Until then, I do not recommend anyone to go there. I don’t know how this hotel is affiliated with Doubletree and Hilton with its current state.

My reservation shows including breakfast, there system doesn't with out. All rooms seems for smokers, even if you asked nonsmoking room. Because they allow smoking if u r not "heavy" smoker. !!!

The property needs some renovation. Everything is old. The bathroom is tiny. Needs some universal electrical sockets and USB ports. TV is old model and really basic programming.

How can you mess up breakfast?
During Covid. Breakfast options are bad (mostly bread) and orange/fruit juices are literally 75% pulp 25% juice. Room was small and restroom was smaller than most hotels. Restroom door almost touches toilet seat, gotta get in the shower to close restroom door then sit on toilet. Floor carpet has a lot of "fur" balls. 1 room window, no sunlight, window faces inside hotel to lounge area. Wifi was best thing in hotel stay, not fast but, not sooo slow.

Hotel overall is good but rooms are bad. Very small bathroom, not enough space on the washbasin to put personal care and toiletries. First floor room doesn’t have sufficient ventilation, like a dungeon cell, only a small elliptical window. Wall has a big crack, I believe they should have fixed it before giving rooms to guests. I ordered in room service for breakfast around midnight time to be served delivered at 6:30am, person taking the order said, please call in the morning, because if I order in the night he may forget! That’s so unprofessional.
