"This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in many.
It actually used to be called the Ramada by Wyndham hotel and was really good, but it looks like it has recently been completely changed to EASTYARD Khobar hotel.
When I got to the reception I was greeted by a rude receptionist who was the only member of staff that couldn’t speak English and had customers translate to me that he could not find my booking on his system, even though I showed him my confirmation number,...

"Restaurant did not open yet, so I had not breakfast. Modern Hotel. TV only with channels in Arabic, other channels were not contracted. Room was not cleaned during my 3 day stay, perhaps I should have put a sign at my door, these were available. Neighborhood is not the nicest."

However, there were a few downsides: some insects inside the room, worn-out furniture in the living area, and outdoor facilities that need better cleaning and maintenance. "Nice hotel in a nice location where everything is within reach. Hotel is clean with friendly staff although the receptionist was not fully aware with the rules of accommodation regarding foreigners and needed to call somebody to make sure that a man and a lady can accommodate the same room without the need to request a proof of marriage."
