Overall a nice hotel but customer service was actually quite poor. Valet was great. Check in person cold and a bad first impression. Hotel staff on phones in foyer whilst I was waiting to check out in a queue. Should be better for the price

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice balcony. Nice bath, and seperate shower.
Lovely pool and beach area.
Breakfast buffet with lots of options, would have liked some pork bacon.

This location is very nice , we as a family like the mandarin oriental locations .. this one was excellent ..
It’s far from what we need to do however it’s stunning am the kids loved the pools . Overall magnificent everything .. we had the connecting family suite .. everything was perfect .. over the top great service
