「When I arrived at this hotel, it was earlier than the check-in time. An Asian lady at the reception told me that if I paid 30 AED a day, I could get an upgraded room right away. I paid 60 AED for 2 nights. My room was at the bottom and the view was bad, so I asked her to change to the upper floor. But she guided me upstairs to a room with a worse view. The porter who showed me the room was very kind. He told me he would negotiate a room with a view even higher than here. When he...

「Stayed 2 nights. First impression to this hotel was great. Close to Al Ain bus stop and a door staff was really nice. Enjoyed the room itself and gym on 6F. However 1am on 2nd night, somebody tried to come into my room, which was super scary. Thought that a blagger was coming into my room. Found out that a hotel staff input data on their record that my room was checked out by mistake but nobody explained and apologize about it until I asked at the reception on actual check-out time and date. My...
