Unkept rooms.

Mr. Jerry checked us in and he was very personable and friendly. The room however was awful. As soon as we opened the door, we could smell urine coming from the bathroom. The room had a terrible smell as well. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a good while. We had to use Lysol on the base of the toilet to get rid of the urine smell. We had to use shower shoes because the tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The grout around the tub and toilet was black. In order to lesson the smell of the room, we sprayed Room Concentrate. If it wasn’t so late, I would have asked for a new room; but we were tired. I am really disappointed with this hotel. I made a video but can not upload it.

Absolutely professional & great staff specially Cindy , Pam . Clean entrance / Lobby ! Room needs a serious renovation & cleaner carpet & better quality bed sheets & towels .stayed 3 nights with no room service except asked for fresh towels . Great location & safe ! Breakfast is basic ( granola Bar , few apples , coffee / Tea) ! I like to enclose few photos of the room condition with refrigerator ( dark spots ) & microwave ( rusty) ! Needs certainly a true upgrade ! Yet they fonction !

Safe, clean, quiet

I stayed while the hotel was completely booked and the folks who run it are amazing. The service was quick and polite, the room was clean, and most of all it was quiet and so was the surrounding area. The only complaint I have is I had to put a chair in front of the mini fridge because the seal was going bad and the pillows were the exact size of my head. Then again I may have been given an older/ not as used room and everything else was great so I really can’t call it a complaint

Definitely Worth the Stay!

Cindy was very helpful at the desk. I was very happy with the fact of that the hotel appearance and upkeep was being taken care of. The room was clean. There's obviously a couple things that you can always improve on like maybe the showerhead being cleaned a little bit better. But I didn't feel like in some hotels where things weren't being as cleaned as this hotel was. Even the hallways were nice and clean. The floors were clean. The light breakfast could use some improvement, but like I said for everything else, the cleanliness is the biggest thing for me. Me and my two other female friends Felt safe and comfortable. Things that are kind of out of your control the marijuana used by guest, smelling up the hallway,I hope they got there incidentals for that. But other than that again out of everything I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Desperation makes you do things you usually don’t!!! We paid way to much $$$ for a hotel that should of been about $60 a night.. Breakfast options was horrible, a few muffins and honey buns and juice.. I VZ was taller than the shower head!! But it served it’s purpose, sleep..

Room needed airing out and refreshing!!!

Upon opening room door, we were greeted with a feces smell, like someone had just used the bathroom. Bathroom was clean, except for corners where there was visible dirt. Tub and sink area ok. Bed mattresses were good, no signs of bugs. They had covers on them. Three Pillows each bed were terrible, they were filled with chopped up foam rubber, not good or comfortable at all. There were no covers or extra pillowcases on them. One pillowcase was so thin ( threadbare) that there was no fiber left just the thread. Could see your hand through it easily. The air conditioner smelled like mildew while on. We purchased Febreze and a disinfectant spray at the truckstop and sprayed everything down so it was tolerable for the two days rental. Would not stay again at this hotel unless absolutely necessary even though the staff was friendly enough.

Pretty sketchy area. Parking only for passenger vehicles, so my pickup with a car on a trailer is parked about 300 yards away in an overnight trucker lot on a nearby property. Probably safer (not safe) there anyway. Cigarette burns in the bedding of my non-smoking room. Burned a hole straight through the blanket and the sheet, indicating the two were on the bed together when the burn happened and likely are still on the bed together because they were not changed. Numerous icky spots throughout the room. Heard what sounded like 5 or 6 gunshots nearby. Not thrilled to be here, honestly. The staff I've met has been fantastic, though. I hope they make it home safely when their shift is over. If I get bitten by bedbugs, I'll update this review in the morning. Goodnight!

While the hotel was generally clean it was in need of updating. Not really a big deal though. WIFI was wonky and I had difficulty with dropped calls. My biggest issue was other guests going in and out in the wee hours of the morning. The doors banging shut woke me at 1AM and was not able to fall asleep again. This made my 12 hour drive the next day VERY difficult. Noise was the biggest issue for me.
