"The staff was very helpful. My room was clean and well kept. I was in a smoking room because that's all that was available. The room smelled okay, but the hallway smelled like a dirty ashtray, as did the elevator. Smoke eaters in those areas would do wonders. Also, everybody smoked in front of the main entrance, so walking in, you had to navigate your way through a cloud of smoke to just get inside. Aside from that, the hotel was well located, maintain well, and the staff was fantastic"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Location is great. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a mall across the street. We also visited the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, which is about a 15 minute drive. If you’re here to see a show at Blossom Music Center, I advise that you leave at least an hour before showtime. The drive was supposed to be 15 minutes, but heavy traffic to the venue made it about a 45 minute drive. Traffic was backed up big time. My only complaint about the hotel is that the pancake-making machine was down during breakfast. Otherwise, I do recommend this hotel."
