「Two things that stood out to me that prevent me from giving 5 stars was an unusual odor in the room. It had an acetone quality to it and it took me a few hours to adjust to it. I do not know if that smell is in all rooms or if the one i was in was unique. The second is the feel of the towels. I prefer soft, fluffy towels. These are rough and dense and very hard on my aging senior citizen skin. For those reasons, I do not recommend this hotel for older travelers.」
