"We spent one night here and it completely exceeded our expectations. The location was quiet, peaceful and all the amenities were very clean and modern. We were awaken by a choir of birds, with a backdrop of lush green mountains to sooth our souls. The owners are extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. "Very difficult to find the location as it it’s nestled in The Forest within a maze of small roads. No laundry readily available and only 2 green tea bags supplied for my three day stay. That said, it is a beautiful location within the forest. Could make it more friendly for international guests with various translations, like 90% of other Japanese accomodations. If you are over 6feet tall (181cm) watch your head walking through doorways 😜"
