「Everything was excellent, will definitely stay there again!!」

「Clean room fun stay」

「Dated. Looks like a room you would take a hooker to. It did not even have USB plug-ins. They didn’t even have half-and-half for the coffee! When we checked in and asked the lady at the counter how she was doing she said bored! While we were in our room we heard Glass shattering loudly outside. When I went outside it was a sconce light that had fallen from above the archway right next to a vehicle! 「The staff doesn’t honor your price on Expedia. They only give one card which is abnormal. The room is clean and has nice amenities. However, the toilet was very small and any man would have problems with it.」

「Do not stay here. The place is in need of a complete remodel or torn down and started over. Carpet was frayed and dirty, furniture all chipped & worn. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. If we had not been completely exhausted from traveling I would have demanded my money back & gone elsewhere.」

「This was not my first time at this location. I had stayed many times including a night less than a week prior. I ALWAYS travel with my service dogs (one for me and one for my daughter). And in literally hundreds of hotel stays over the years, never had an issue. However, when I went to check in, the clerk first accused me of having 4 dogs, then it was that my dog 'was not a servjce dog breed' (based on video he watched of our prior stay he claimed, which actually left me feeling really creeped...

「The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price.」

「The staff was great, my room wasn’t very impressive due to a few minor inconveniences(microwave missing the plate ring,etc.) but overall it was a decent experience. I’d be willing to give them a second chance if I’m in the area again.」

「The hotel itself was very clean inside and decent. The problems really started with the outside there were broken glass beer bottles surrounding the property on their sidewalks outside of their pool area. The person who checked me in was great. One of the main issues was a constant banging from the floor above me and I do not believe it was another guest but something related to the elevator system or anything else with the property but it made it so bad that you couldn't sleep. Never had this...

「TV kept freezing or flickering. Smoking area was right outside the side door so it smelled like smoke. Craftsmanship (paint job etc) in the bathroom was poorly done. Unacceptable for the price of the hotel.」
