"Nice stay"

"Property is in a dilapidated condition. Room toilets have broken toilet seats.... "

"This hotel is superb and the staff are great. It is in a super-busy area but it blocks out outside sound well; however, there are many families that come here that like to hang out in the hallways, so if you like quietness, bring earplugs. The staff is very kind and helpful, they let me change rooms and allowed for a late check-out and watched my bags while I was waiiting for my train. Food is top-notch. Might be the best food in Ajmer. I didn't eat there until my last day and I regret it."

"Hi, Deepak is very helpful and kind, I will recommend to everyone, "

"Everything is excellent according to hotel price. I am recommending this hotel to new guest."

"Food was good, staff were helpful and polite. "

"Location of hotel is in a very crowded area. Earlier used to be Majestic Cinema and now rebuilt as a hotel. Lady at reception had very poor communication skills. Rooms are not cleaned daily and despite requesting the reception to clean room, no action taken. Rooms are very small in size and hardly any place for keeping your bags. Breakfast was OK and very spicy. Will not recommend this hotel. Management needs to wake up and appoint professional staff who understand basic English or Hindi. "

"Very nice and Friendly staff. Very cool faculty . Nice place to Ajmer "

"Cet hôtel est une escroquerie!! Fuyez!!! Nous avons réservé via hôtel.com. Lors du Check in le propriétaire a voulu gardé nos passeports pendant 4 heures puis nous les rendre ensuite. Ceci est formellement interdit. Nous avons refusé. Il nous a demandé de partir en refusant d’annuler la réservation. Nous avons donc dû payer un second hôtel sans pouvoir se faire rembourser. Le propriétaire est un escroc il a été menaçant lorsqu’on lui demandait d’annuler. Surtout ne pas y aller ! Attention aussi...

"I will book 3 rooms but room is not available after booking he will provide other hotel without ac, my experience with mitral inn is very bad."
