Apartment in the heart of Aix-les-Bains, a spa town full of character, ideally located between lake and mountains. Just 25 km from the summer-winter resort Savoie Grand Revard and 1.5 km from the beaches of Lac du Bourget, the largest natural lake in France. The Aix-les-Bains racecourse is 5 km away, and Chambéry, the former capital of the Dukes of Savoy, is 18 km away. The major road passes such as La Chambotte (14 km) and Le Revard (22 km) are easily accessible, offering an ideal environment for nature and outdoor recreation enthusiasts.
