You will love daydreaming in front of the still waters! "La Foulque Stone" (the stone(d) coot) is a large family house of 1940 refurbished, ideally located on the edge of the LAC D'AIGUEBELETTE in the Savoie region, between countryside and mountains. For 12 (up to 14 people).

VERY RARE! You benefit from a private access to the lake Aiguebelette with a grassy beach, at 50 meters from the house!

Fete de famille

Nous avons loué la maison pour une fete de famille, nous etions 9 adultes et 4 enfants. La maison est fantastique, dans un style vieux manoir, mais tout a fait confort, avec un jardin immense et un magnifique arbre en plein milieu. Le must: un acces direvt au lac devant le jardin. Le contact avec Marjolaine a été très simple et efficace. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Nous avons passé 3 jours au moment des fêtes de Noël quatre générations réunies au sein de cette maison magnifique. La propriétaire avait fait préparée la maison avec des décorations de noël, la situation avec vue sur le lac et un grand jardin, le ponton est exceptionnelle. 6 chambres spacieuses plus un espace salle de jeux pour les enfants ou salon de tv qui a permis une intimité pour chacun et des moments de pause bien venues avec les bébés. Les parties communes sont vastes, des canapés en nombre suffisant pour profiter de longues conversations tous réunis devant le poêle. Du bois et du nécessaire a été mis à disposition en grande quantité. La maison est facile à chauffer et bien isolee. Vaisselle en grand nombre. La maison est un havre de paix et cela laisse imaginer comment cela doit être merveilleux l été. Merci de nous avoir accepté en grand nombre Il manque juste un grille pain. Un livret d accueil très complet est mis a disposition.

Très belle maison, bien equipée avec un grand terrain. Accès direct au lac. Un tas d'activités autour du lac : course d'orientation, vélo, canoé. Tout pour un week-end parfait en famille.

Nous adorons La Foulque Stone, c est la deuxieme fois que nous y séjournons et c est toujours aussi bien! Maison fonctionnelle, assez spacieuse, mais ce sont surtout le jardin pour les jeux d’enfants et la petite plage privative qui sont particulièrement appréciables!

Super séjour

Le logement est idéal pour familles et amis. Nous étions 4 couples avec 2 ados et 3 enfants. Il est spacieux et très bien situé. Le jardin est très vaste et l'accès privé aux abords du lac est un atout (avec petite plage privée pour la baignade). Nous avons tellement aimé notre séjour que nous envisageons de revenir pour nos rdv famille/ami.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et fête de Noël à la Foulque Stone. Le maison est très agréable, facile à vivre et surtout elle est située dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel. Nous avons admiré les vues sur le lac à toute heure du jour : brumes du matin, scintillement à midi, montagne rouge le soir... Une merveille!

Maison idéalement placée et parfaite pour grande famille .

Nous avons adoré cette grande maison , qui avait le grand privilège d'avoir un accés privé à ce beau Lac d'Aiguebelette , sauvage et préservé .( rare maison à avoir une petite plage privée)Nous étions une famille avec des petits enfants qui ont pu jouer et faire du vélo sur ce grand terrain , clos et accéder en toute sécurité au lac .La maison, tres grande ,offre toutes les commodités ( grandes tables familiales , nombreuses chambres ,de l'espace pour les rares jours de pluie) . Vue et emplacement exceptionnel ! Endroit très calme .Nous la recommandons .Et la communication avec la propriétaire a été tres facile et agréable .

Très agréable pour des vacances en famille au calme.

Séjour très agréable dans un très joli cadre. La maison et l’environnement correspondent parfaitement à l’annonce. L’accès privatif au lac et le grand terrain sont des atouts essentiels. On regrettera juste l’heure de prise de la location tardive (18h) et l’heure de libération trop tôt (9h). L’état général de la maison était très bon, le ménage extérieur (terrasses, BBQ) était par contre insuffisant. Un très bon séjour malgré tout et un lieu à recommander.

Maison avec une belle âme

Maison spacieuse où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour entre amis. Les 2 ados, 14 ans, qui nous accompagnaient ont vite trouvé leur place dans le petit salon. Séjour très agréable dans un environnement très calme

Partie avec la grand-mère et trois ados, nous avons tous apprécié cette grande maison près du lac. L’accès au lac est incroyable, il y a tout ce qu il faut dans la maison, les lits sont confortables, et bien que proche de la voie ferrée, la maison est vraiment au calme. Venus durant l automne, les couleurs étaient magnifiques; nous reviendrons sûrement durant une autre saison plus chaude avec la possibilité de profiter de la baignade et du grand jardin!

Un merveilleux sejour lacustre

Grande maison charmante et chaleureuse qui semble chargée d'histoires locales et familiales.
