  • Charming old, authentic and quiet apartment, completely renovated in May 2026.

    Located on the 4th and last floor of a building of character (without elevator), with a nice view of the rooftops, it enjoys a privileged location in the heart of the city center.

    Its location is ideal near the Cours Mirabeau, Palais de Justice, Place des Précheurs and the Théâtre du Jeu de Paume.

    Everything is done on foot: supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants, museums and public parking lots.

    The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine.

    Linen provided: sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats.
