This over 150-year-old bastide, fully renovated with taste, combines authenticity and modern comfort with stone walls and exposed beams. Its elegant Provençal façade and majestic plane tree will charm you.

On the ground floor: living room, dining room, open kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, and spa bathtub, plus three spacious bedrooms, one about 20 m².



Outside, a large well-equipped terrace (dining area, parasol, armchairs, swing) and a big garden with olive and fruit trees.



Non-smoking house, no pets inside but allowed in the garden. Soap and shampoo available on request, for an extra fee.



Located 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence center, 5 minutes from the TGV station, 15 minutes from Marseille airport, and 30 minutes from the beaches. Transfers available for an extra fee.
