Welcome to our superb, cosy 20 m² studio apartment, with a 15 m² terrace overlooking the centre of Aix and the emblematic Sainte Victoire.
Very central and peaceful, it's just a stone's throw from Cours Mirabeau, Place de la Mairie and the Palais de Justice. Located on the 3rd and top floor of a beautiful building in the heart of the historic centre, our air-conditioned studio apartment offers you peace and comfort. It is very bright and opens onto a 15m² terrace, which is green, sunny and not overlooked. It comprises : A terrace with a dining area (table and chairs) and a relaxation area (Asian daybed and two sun loungers). A lounge with a small television and sunny dining table. A fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, crockery, Nespresso and filter coffee maker) A comfortable sofa bed (160x200cm) and ample storage space (wardrobe, cupboards - ideal for storing clothes and suitcases). A shower room with a very large shower, a marble washbasin with storage space, a WC and a washing machine. All linen is provided (sheets, tea towels and towels). Free wifi access.
On arrival, you will find the following items at your disposal for the start of your stay (non-renewable kit): Laundry and household products 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person) Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. The entire studio has been recently renovated and offers every comfort (electric roller shutters in the shower room, air conditioning, etc.). The flat is served by a lift up to the 3rd floor (you will need to climb 10 steps to reach the entrance), so you can enjoy all the charms of Aix-en-Provence life (markets, museums, restaurants, etc.) while savouring the privacy of a carefully decorated and renovated apartment.

Close to the courthouse, the flat is located in a quiet, shady square. Ideally located for a peaceful visit to Aix. Several car parks in the immediate vicinity (5-minute walk). Taxis and buses run between Aix TGV station, Marseille airport and Aix-en-Provence city centre (bus station). The terminus is about 1 minute's walk from the flat.
Two nearby car parks provide easy parking. How to get to the property: The centre of Aix-en-Provence is mainly pedestrianised. By car It is advisable to park in a nearby public car park. Nearest car parks: **Bellegarde car park** (about 6 minutes‘ walk) - Carnot car park**, also just a few minutes’ walk away. The cheapest car park is the Brunet park-and-ride facility, 3 km away. By bus The Aix-en-Provence bus station is well served by the bus networks, particularly the lines serving the city centre. From the station, it's just a 10-minute walk to the accommodation. By train If you arrive by train, from the Aix TGV station you can take a shuttle bus to the Aix-en-Provence bus station, then walk or take a bus to the historic centre.
