The apartment is recently refurbished and very pleasant. It is well located in the Forum des Cardeurs, which is a large and very lively and popular restaurant and drinking square. There is a good choice of restaurants. The town hall and old town are very close by. Access is by a door code and key safe, which worked well. Communication with the property manager was smooth. We would stay there again.

Situé quasiment en plein centre ville, l'appartement était très confortable et propre. Je suis très contente d'y avoir séjourné et le personnel est très accueillant et aimable. Je vous recommande ce logement.

This was an excellent choice for a 1-night stay in Aix en Provence. Great location. Public parking garage within steps of the hotel. Very utilitarian without charm, HOWEVER large unit, well appointed, excellent air conditioning, very good price. It also would have been nice for there to be someone to carry up the luggage as there are many stairs up to the unit.

Despite messaging the hotel that our arrival would be delayed by 12 hours due to flight delay, upon arrival there was no one there to check us in. Understandably the check in process closes at 7pm and we arrived at 11:15pm. The phone number on the note of the front door for late check-ins did not connect and on one occasion an automated message informed us that the number was not accepting calls at this time. So at 11:15pm, after 36 hours of travel, we had to call other hotels and hope for vacancy.

This is a fully automated , self-service unstaffed investment property (with Hotels.com should make clear and rate on a different scale than full-service hotels). The construction is brand new, so it was impeccably clean, though sterile and lacking human-centered design elements (extra outlet by bed, place to hang a face towel, little things). There is nothing human or personal about it, except the "concierge" who texts you back when you contact the establishment. (She was nice.) I did not receive the entry codes until i contacted the management...apparently because my phone number in Hotels.com is a US number. Good luck with that! In summary, welcome to 2026 in hotellerie. Brave New World!

It was a nice, small room overlooking the square. Paid underground parking was very convenient as it is right next door. There were 35 steps on a circular staircase to climb in order to access the second floor apartment. It was noisy at night as the students were having a grand time in the square both Wednesday and Thursday nights. The concierge was very helpful once we were able to get the correct telephone number.
