とても清潔なホテル
駅からは徒歩10分ほど、centerまでも同様の距離なので徒歩圏内であります。ホテルはとても清潔ですが、部屋はそれほど広くなかったです。スタッフがあまり親切でなかったのがちょっと残念でしたが、朝食のレベルは高かったです。

駅に近い綺麗なホテル
鉄道の駅から歩いて５分～１０分ほどの所にあるホテルです。 シャンプーなどはラコステで揃えてあり、しかも、トイレと洗面がセパレートされています。 ２人で利用するには非常に良いことだと思います。

親切なスタッフと美味しい朝食
エクサンプロバンスのなかでははずれることのない大きなホテルだと思う。スタッフはよく教育されていて皆親切で気持ちがいい。部屋は決して広くはないが、清潔で快適。特筆すべきは朝食。いままでいろいろなホテルを泊ってきたが、こちらの朝食はとても素晴らしい。ヨーロッパのなかでは珍しいくらい品数が多く、どれもとても美味しいしパンも朝一番から焼きたてが並べられる。こちらでは是非朝食付きをオススメする。 ミラボー通りの南側だがかえって静かでホテル近辺の古い住宅街を歩くのもとても風情がありよかった。時間が無くて入らなかったが、プールもあり欧米人は楽しんでいたようだ。（写真より小さいです）

朝食の美味度は格別
朝食は非常においしかった。パン（特にクロワッサン）とチーズは格別でした。 町中の観光スポットへのアクセスも短時間で便利 今回は２日間の滞在でしたが、周辺の都市への観光の拠点として、３－４日滞在する拠点としては良いです。

サントル駅にも程近い良いホテルです。
グラネ美術館に歩いてすぐに行けるところがいいです。スタッフも感じがよく良いホテルです。ロビーが広々としていてソファでゆったりと雑誌を読んで過ごしてもいいですし、ホテルの部屋でのんびり過ごすだけでも満足しました。レストランでランチをとりましたが美味しいです。良いレストランです。またエクスを観光する際には是非ともここに宿泊したいです。

エクサンプロヴァンス音楽祭には便利
エクサンプロヴァンスの中心部にある唯一といっていい「規模が比較的大きいまともなホテル」。音楽祭のどの会場も徒歩圏内。音楽祭シーズンはバーも深夜までやっているので便利。 ２回宿泊して、両方ともプールビューのデラックスルームだったが、浴槽がないシャワーブースのみの部屋があった。浴槽がないのはかまわないのだが、構造上、シャワーを浴びると床が水浸しになるのが大変困った。 水が無料で配布されたりされなかったりするのが、今一よくわからない点だったが、それ以外は比較的快適であった。

部屋は狭いが、小物まで気が利いておりベットもふかふかで格別。プールサイドのレストランも雰囲気があって良い。

繁華街から5分の静かなホテル
部屋がやや狭いこと以外は問題なく過ごせた。トイレとシャワーが別の部屋なのも良かった。朝食が充実していた。メインストリートまで歩いて5分ほどでいけるし、旧市街までも十分に歩ける範囲です。

清潔でデザインもgood!
清潔でデザイン性にも優れていました。特に水回りがきれいで気持ち良かったです。また、町の中心部からわずか5分で、観光にも買い物にも食事にも非常に便利でした。歩きまわった中では、これぐらい便利な場所に同等の4つ星ホテルは見当たりませんでした。

I liked the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. No early check in however and i expected more of the gym from a hotel of this caliber. No English TV channels considering much of the cliental appears to be english speaking.

Nous aurions aimé être avertis sur le fait de devoir réserver le parking qui du coup était complet. Sinon rien a dire très bien placé et personnel extrêmement courtois en particulier lors du checkin.

First time in Aix. Close to transportation hubs (rail and bus) close to cour Mirabeau heart of city, shopping, dining. Classy hotel, outstanding service and breakfast. Will not look for alternate accommodation if we return.

Great hotel in Aix
This is a beautiful hotel with tasty décor. It is very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent! It is both gourmet and healthy!

L’aspetto dell’Hotel e l’interno sono da 4 stelle vere. Noi avevamo una camera classica, matrimoniale molto bella, curata. In bagno ci sono 5 dispenser grandi a parete di Occitane, sapone per mani, latte per il corpo, per doccia, shampoo, dopo shampoo, e il phon con il becco schiacciato ottimo per la piega! Un ambiente veramente confortevole. Abbiamo scelto di usufruire della colazione anche se ci sembrava un po’ costosa, ma non ci siamo pentiti; c’è tutto per qualsiasi esigenza, una vasta scelta dal salato al dolce, frutta, frutta secca, vari tipi di caffè, yogurt, salmone ecc. Non manca nulla è sicuramente di qualità: vale la pena! Il personale è attento, gentile e disponibile, in particolare un grazie ai ragazzi della colazione per la sollecitudine e la cura. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

It's always the staff that makes a hotel truly luxury, and the team of Grand Hotel Roi Rene made it spot on! We felt welcomed from the moment that we get off our car to the moment that we get back on our car and leave the property. It was beyond expectation and superb compared with other hotels in Europe
