Perfect Aix Location
We had a wonderful five night stay at Corrine’s apartment. The apartment is lovely and quiet and so close to the heart of Aix. Corrine was so good at communication with us before and during our stay. We recommend this apartment highly! One bit of advice, if you have a car, it is ideal to have a compact or smaller (say small Fiat) as the garage parking is tight. But the good news is that Corrine’s apartment has parking so close in.

A modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Aix
We stayed eight nights in January 2023 at Couronne Urbaine, a one-bed apartment in the Les Allees complex near Le Rotonde. We’ve stayed in Aix before, in older apartments up several flights of stairs. This one is better: it’s a modern building, with swipe-card security, modern bathroom, good balcony. The host, Corinne, is very good. One example: there was a plumbing problem (a leaking pipe, can happen anywhere, nobody’s fault) and Corinne acted promptly to have it fixed. The kitchen is well-equipped, the air-conditioning works well. A family member visited for a few nights and slept on the sofa bed, which was comfortable. The apartment is ideal for two, maybe three. We enjoyed our time here.

Terrific spot in center with all access
Our stay at this location was superb in all ways. The host was most helpful with recommendations as well as information about the area. We used this as our base for a week and traveled by car and bus many days to nearby places. All wonderful. The apartment is good sized and very comfortable for two. Laundry and parking on site were both a plus for our long stay in France.

Just perfect
We could not have chosen a better place to stay for ur week in Aix. the location is unbeatable- bang in the middle of the city , steps from restaurants , a supermarket and the Cours Mirabeau and old town. Corinne met us as planned and showed us how everything worked in the flat. I had everything you could possibly want and lots more! The large terrace facing away from the busy streets and onto a green courtyard was very welcome. all the amenities worked well including the air con. I will be recommending Corinne's apartment to our friends.

Excellent location close to Old Aix.
A very good location just metres from the Office de Tourism and Cours Mirabeau. Excellent access to all shops including Monoprix supermarket. An easy 5 minutes into old Aix. You can walk from one end of Aix to the other side in 20 minutes. So many restaurants within a 3-minute walk. Bus stops in front of Tourism Office. A easy walk to the main bus station with buses to Marseilles every 10 minutes. Clean and spacious apartment with sunny balcony for outdoor eating. Well-equipped kitchen. Netflix for entertainment.

Best apartment ever!
This is a wonderful, quiet apartment in a perfect location close to everything in Aix. It is exceptionally clean - the sheets smelled so good! It has a washer and drying racks for your clothes, a comfortable bed, a Nespresso machine, a small dishwasher, a huge terrace, and a friendly owner. The Monoprix grocery store is right next door. I will definitely return!

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Corinne ha sido plenamente satisfactoria. Ella es una excelente propietaria, se esmeró en la comunicación a pesar del nuestro escaso conocimiento del idioma y resolvió todas nuestras dudas. Su apartamento está excelentemente ubicado para visitar el esplendido casco antiguo de Aix y las principales atracciones de esta bonita e interesante ciudad (está situado en una calle peatonal a escasos metros de la oficina de turismo). Además, todos los utensilios y dependencias de la casa estaban muy limpias, un punto muy a tener en cuenta en estos momentos de pandemia. En definitiva, un apartamento plenamente recomendable en el que nos hemos sentido casi como en casa.

Perfect Place
This apartment is lovely. The location for touring Aix as well as surrounding areas is superb. If you just want to relax and sit on balcony and enjoy all the goodies that you purchased at the market, it’s perfect for that too. It’s a spacious apartment, peaceful and very secure. I didn’t rent a car this trip, but this apartment also has on-site parking which is a plus. It was an absolute pleasure to meet Corinne, and she was very helpful, accessible and accommodating. Also, Corinne was nice enough to let me practice my French too. Thank you so much for a delightful stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

The best in Aix!!!!
This condo is perfect for a couple visiting Aix-en-Provence. It is perfectly situated for walking along the Cours Mirabeau, going to any of the more than 800 restaurants in Aix,, sightseeing, etc. The Croissanterie, where you buy your breakfast croissant, is just out the front door of the building! The building itself is very secure and there is even a parking spot if you have a rental car. The condo is very comfortable with a nice balcony and has AC. The owner is always available especially if you need her to retrieve an earring dropped into the drain as I did.

Appartement magique
Appartement très bien équipé, très propre, très calme, très lumineux et situé à 2 minutes de la Rotonde et du Cour Mirabeau. La visite d'Aix se fait à pied sans problème. Tout est à disposition : restaurants, bistro, commerces et mêmes les soirées culturelles. Le plus : un emplacement en sous-sol pour la voiture. Madame Warsemann est très accueillante et n'est pas avare de bonnes adresses. Location à conseiller sans réserve.

Wonderful Stay
This is our second time staying in Corinne’s apartment. We came for the Easter musical festival and enjoyed many concerts in several venues. The Grand Theatre and the Conservatory are just steps away and the Jeu de Paume and Petit Duc theatres a nice walk away. The apartment has all you need and is so ideally located that all Aix has to offer is just out the front door.
