"It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified. "

"Nous avons logé dans la chambre 126 sans balcon avec vue sur l'immeuble d'en face,très décevante par rapport aux photos de l'annonce, à éviter ! Très compliqué de se repérer dans les escaliers de l'immeuble dans lesquelles il n'y a aucun fléchage. La résidence mériterait une bonne rénovation !"

"Sejour nous laissant une impression de déranger dès le départ avec l’accueil par le personnel et jusqu’à la fin ou à 10h15 nous avons été rappelés qu’il fallait quitter les lieux pour 10h en mettant les draps dans un chariot, vidant la poubelle et faisant le ménage ! Quand on voit l’état des appartements et de l’établissement qui sont très vieillissants, cela paraît vraiment très exigeant. Sans parler du tarif demandé. Nous déconseillons "

"This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located a few minutes drive from St Martin de Belleville and the ski slopes of the fantastic 3 Valleys. Like most ski accommodation, it is quite compact but all facilities are relatively new and modern and work well for a family of 4. The views from the apartment are good and Les Varcins is a pretty place to stay with a few traditional chalet style buildings. Shops and restaurants etc are in St Martin. "We stayed in the property for a week and enjoyed the excellent location (if you like quiet villages close to the slopes). There was excellent access to the 3 valleys area within a 10 minute drive. The house itself was well equipped (although we never found the "drying room" or boot warmers and all the beds were actual beds and not sofa beds in the living room as is sometimes the case. "This really is the most special place , we absolutely loved our time here , largely sitting around enjoying the spectacular views that are never quite the same on any given day. The house was immaculate and had plenty of toys for our small children to enjoy . I would thoroughly recommend it ."
