    This beautiful vacation home offers you a fantastic vacation with a view of the water. The house is spread over two floors and is ideal for a family who wants to spend a vacation right on the water. On the first floor you will find the bright living room with dining area and the adjacent open kitchen, where you can relax in the evening and watch a movie or eat together. There are also 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets at your disposal.



    A highlight of the house is the open terrace with garden furniture and a view of the canal, where you can spend your vacation days outdoors.



    The surrounding area offers a variety of excursions and sights: Visit the beautiful beaches and the sea, take a trip to nearby Montpellier or explore the area on one of the marked hiking trails.

Man merkt, dass das schöne Haus mit seiner Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Wasserdruck in den Badezimmern und Toilettenräumen ist sehr niedrig.Die Toilettendeckel sind nicht ausreichend befestigt, die Küchenutensilien sind veraltet und teilweise defekt. Die Haustür klemmt, man benötigt viel Kraft, sie zu öffnen und zu schließen. Insgesamt bemerkt man eine gewisse Vernachlässigung in der Pflege des Hauses.. Die hohen Stromkosten waren durch nichts zu rechtfertigen, da wir weder die in einem Schlafzimmer vorhandene Klimaanlage noch die Heizung verwendet hatten. Das Internet funktionierte recht gut, (französischer) TV-Empfang war gut. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnanlage.

Idyllic setting for a comfortable little house

Only problem was the temperature of the pool. Not really a problem on this occasion as I never endeavoured to have it rectified. The location especially was awesome. Keep your old bread to feed the fish in the marina.
