「Nice appartment by the sea in an old house. The balcony is just on the beach so that you can relax listening to the sea clapotis any time (for example at breakfast :))... While the sea is not always accessible just in front of the appartment, you can just go 100 m away. Very convenient !!!」

「We had a large group come to Patra for a conference at the University of Patra and this home was ideal for location and convenience for all guests. The kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group and it would be great for a family gathering. Walking distance to the beach. Spyros and his family were there to meet us and help us get acclimated.」

「La maison était mieux que ce que l'annonce laisse penser ! Accueil parfait par Dimitri, la propriété est immense et la piscine très grande. Les chambres sont joliment décorées et il y a la climatisation partout. Un grand verger est à disposition, le lieu est calme et avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne et la mer. La villa est un peu excentrée de la ville, mais on relie en 5 minutes le front de mer. Une superbe expérience, merci encore !」

「Fijn appartement alles aanwezig. De waterkoker was al de eerste dag stuk, men kwam hem ook direct halen, maar hij kwam in de drie weken dat we er waren nooit terug. Verder alles oke.」

「The communication with the owner is outstanding. He is very responsive, helpful and makes sure to pick you up at a meeting point so you can easy find tha villa upon arrival. We have rented a lot of houses and this is by far the best equiped with ALL you need ( there is even bottled water, soap, wine a garden where you are allowed to harvest and loads of other stuff for your convenience). The pool is huge with an awesome view overlookibg the sea. All outdoor areas (including the outdoor kitchen)...
